Please read these terms before using this website or submitting a loan request. By using the website, you agree to them.
1. Our role
City Finance is a channel partner of banks and NBFCs. We help you apply for loans and coordinate with our lending partners. We are not the lender unless a loan document clearly says so. Loans are sanctioned and disbursed by the lender, and the loan agreement is between you and the lender.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, an Indian resident and legally able to enter into a contract. Each lender has its own eligibility rules on age, income, employment, business vintage and credit history.
3. No guarantee of approval
Submitting a request does not guarantee a loan. Approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, processing fee, prepayment terms and all other charges are decided solely by the lender based on your profile, documents and credit report. Rates and amounts shown on this website, such as "interest from 9.99%", "from ₹2,00,000" and "zero* processing fee", are indicative, apply to selected offers and are subject to change.
4. Your information
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are true, complete and belong to you. Providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection of your application and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities. You authorise us to share your details with lenders and credit bureaus for processing your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees
You are not asked to pay any money to us to apply or to "guarantee" approval. Any fees or charges applicable to a loan will be communicated by the lender before you accept the offer. Please do not pay anyone claiming to represent us outside official channels, and report such cases to info@cityfinance.in.
6. EMI calculator and CIBIL score
The EMI calculator gives an indicative estimate only. The CIBIL score link takes you to a third-party website. We do not own, control or guarantee the accuracy of that service or the score it shows.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or another person's details, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or send automated or abusive requests.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design, logo and branding of this website belong to City Finance unless stated otherwise. Names and logos of banks, NBFCs and other third parties belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe our lending network. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, City Finance is not liable for any loss arising from a lender's decision, delay or refusal, from reliance on indicative information on this website, from third-party websites, or from interruptions of the website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and the website content at any time. The version published on this page applies from its updated date.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under law.
