1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Details you give us: name, mobile number, city, employment type, monthly income range, loan type and loan amount.
- Documents and KYC details that you later share with our team or lenders to process your application (for example PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements).
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, and advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters, Google click ID and Facebook click ID.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, analytics and advertising measurement.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about your loan request, understand your needs and match you with suitable lenders.
- To process, track and follow up on your application.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud, spam and misuse.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising performance.

4. Who we share it with
We share your information only as needed to deliver the service:
- Banks, NBFCs and lending partners to whom your application is forwarded.
- Credit information companies (such as CIBIL) where you or the lender request a credit check, with your consent.
- Service providers who help us with hosting, communication (call, SMS, WhatsApp, email), analytics and advertising measurement, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Communication consent
By submitting the form you authorise us and our lending partners to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your loan request and related offers, even if your number is registered on the DND/NDNC registry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
6. Cookies and advertising
We may use tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors reach and use this page and to measure ads. These providers may set cookies on your device. You can control cookies through your browser settings and your ad settings on Google and Meta.
7. Third-party websites
Our website links to third-party sites such as the CIBIL website for checking your credit score. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
8. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and regulatory requirements, or to resolve disputes. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please never share your OTP, PIN or password with anyone claiming to represent us.
10. Your rights
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Write to info@cityfinance.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
11. Children
Our services are meant for persons aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
